Yamaguchi-Gumi Gang
The Yamaguchi Gumi have a long history as a criminal group, dating back 1915. It’s one of many powerful Yakuza gangs in Japan. It is now, one of the largest and extremely dangerous gangs in the world. The Yakuza are highly organized criminal orginization. They even have an office, corporate logos, business, cards and have a legacy of being super strict. Estimates number of active members are between 25,000 and 40,000, with thousands more having strong associations. It’s members of yakuza gang are required to cut all ties with their family to prove their loyalty to their gang boss.They are covered in tattoos, and can often be seen missing parts of their pinkies and ring fingers – when a Yamaguchi Gumi member messes up, he offers penance by cutting off parts of his own fingers. They are among the wealthiest gangsters in world, bringing in billions dollars yearly from drugs, guns, extortion, gambling, the sex industry, assassinations, real estate and construction kickback schemes. The Yamaguchi-gumi are also involved in stock market manipulation, intimidation, fraud, political corruption, and Internet pornography.

The most powerful Mexican drug cartel, Los Zetas, top the list of extremely dangerous gangs in the world. Originally, they were members of Mexican army’s elite force, then one day they decided to go AWOL and become gang lords. Founded in the 1990s, the gang is known for committing the most violent crimes in Latin America. The U.S. government called it the “most technologically advanced, sophisticated, and dangerous cartel operating in Mexico.” They are are extremely well trained and armed to the teeth.
